I dont really have much experience with that hardware, and your log is not seeming to put up a bunch of tell tale signs, but since nobody else seems to have a guess to venture, I would think that your kernel, possibly by means of a module being loaded? A new graphics card is not the solution.

Once I got windows 7 installed it was factory, so all my drivers and stuff was gone and I couldn’t play games like I used to. There should be a setting on your monitor to “Reset back to Factory Settings”.

Where I got my drivers: You need a new GPU. My display settings are x bit.
