The same error message come out redundantly if I hit f5. Josh, same problem here — MS KB advises this is likely a missing driver issue. Saw this during my Thursday night web t600.
If in doubt hit F9 on boot and select your Optical Drive to load first. Take out the hard disk and see if it has any jumper pins on it.

Thanks, that’s just what it took I cant locate the serial ata or sata for my phoenix, there is nothing close to chip config or anything, ive checked all the options im tottaly lost. Hey man, good post but It doesnt work for me because i dont have that option in my BIOS i have phoenix version f. Glad it worked for you. WIN Xp getting installed properly.
